Critic Review: Plump red cherry notes meet clove, allspice and dried ginger on the nose of this bottling. Though light in body, there's decent grip on the palate, where candied cherry and cranberry flavors are spiced with anise.

My Review: This wine gave off notes of fruit such as blackberry and cherry as well as spices. I thought that the spices were a little heavy although the wine itself was fairly light. The wine had balanced tannins and a nice texture. I did not taste with food.
